How to Redeem
A digital voucher will be send to your email within 1 working day upon successful purchase of the public onsen full day pass. Present the digital voucher at the counter for redemption on visit date.

Unlimited* time refers to the total duration of public onsen opening hours, typically from 10.30AM - 10.30PM (subject to changes).

Joya Onsen Cafe will not be liable to any compensatory requests for visiting the public onsen nearer to closing time, nor ignorance of modified public onsen operating hours due to failure of checking our social media updates (visiting at a timing where the public onsen is unavailable for access).
To avoid situations where the public onsen closes early, we highly recommend customers to visit the public onsen early with sufficient amount of time intended to use the public onsen facilities.

Gym + Onsen Day Pass
If 2 or more passes is purchased in a single order, the digital pass will be sent in 1 email stating it is for all the passes purchased in this order, with each quantity representing per pax access.
Example: "This digital public onsen pass includes access for 2 pax (adult). "
If a mixture of adult and child/elderly passes is purchased in 2 orders under the same name, the digital pass will be sent in 1 email stating it is for all passes purchased under the orders by the same name.
Example: "This digital public onsen pass includes access for 2 adults and 1 child/elderly."
